Jeff Solomon began his financial planning career in the mid eighties in Montreal, Quebec as a life agent. Now, with extensive business and life experience, Jeff has gained a fuller appreciation of the various life and economic phases and how they can be potentially financially impacting. He fully thrives on utilizing his ongoing knowledge, expertise and life experience with everyone that he engages. When working with families, he places a very strong emphasis on family values, solidifying the financial wellbeing of both the current generation and the future ones to come. When working with the business sector, he places strong emphasis on future capitalization, employee retention and succession. Outside of work time he enjoys world travel and spending much quality time with his wife, family of three married daughters and four delightful grandchildren.

Melissa Swalehe, daughter to Jeff, began her career in 2017 as a legal administrative assistant. She furthered her skills and professional development to becoming a paralegal in 2019. She has transferred her highly prized administrative skills whilst developing ongoing study and understanding of the financial planning industry to Keyfactor Financial Solutions. Melissa is responsible for office management and direct client support. She is married and is a mother to her first child, a daughter.
